We are now able to offer genuine Jacuzzi overflow in-ground acrilyc spa shells with a choice of either domestic or commercial Spa Master Packs, or you can just buy the spa shell on their own and use / source your own plant equipment / balance tanks.
These Jacuzzi Spa shells are delivered to your door as a plumbed shell (with support legs), to the specification shown above, you will also need to purchase operating and control equipment. As these are overflow spas you will also need to fit a balance tank (to collect and retain the overflow water) which will need to be installed in location.
Our modern Jacuzzi Spas and Spa Master Packs use air induction to introduce air to the flow of water from the jets, this gives the bather a greater sensation and can intensify the massage, without the need to run noisy blowers.
Spa Master Domestic Pack (single phase) >6m filter location away from spa
This pack is suitable for domestic use with the Jacuzzi Spa Shell and will give you everything you need including piping and fittings to run and operate your spa shell* except for a balance tank. The Spa Master Domestic Pack is supplied with a 0.50hp filitration pump, 90ft2 cartridge filter, 2 x 2hp booster pumps, a 6kW Pahléns electric heater, 1 x perform-max feeder, the pack also includes an electronic touch pad, digital thermostat and control panel.
Spa Master Commercial Pack (three phase) >6m filter location away from spa
This pack is suitable for commercial use of upto 20 bathers per hour, (based on 1500L balance tank). The Spa Master Commercial Pack will give you everthing you need including piping and fitttings to run and operate your spa shell* except for the balance tank and contains a 2hp filter pump, 1200mm SMDD Bobbin Wound Filter, 2 x 2hp booster pumps, a 12kW Pahléns electric heater, the pack also includes an electronic touch pad, digital thermostat and control panel.
Optional extras
Balance Tank (plumbed) suitable for domestic and commercial use. When overflow channels are fitted you need a balance tank to contain the reserve of water neaded to always have the spa full. These will need to be located in close proximity to your spa, you will need to have good access to the balance tanks for regular inspections, maintenence and cleaning. Our Balance Tanks are supplied with a lid, plumbed bulkhead fittings, auto level control and float switch. Please see image above right for further details, alternatively we can supply bespoke manufactured tanks to fit any tight / compact spaces you require them to fit in.
Autodos Spa System (Bromine/pH) Redox for spas upto 20,000 Ltrs mainly for commercial use, but can be used on domestic installations, includes new board mounted Autodos2000 controller and flow cell, pH correction, erosion feeder, dosing pumps, hand operated agitator, day tanks, bund tanks.
